Overview of role: Our Client is seeking a Medical Secretary for a 6 months contract role.


Handling in-coming and out-going customer calls

Keeping data-base, statistics and other records up to date

Dealing with medical applications and files

General Medical Administration duties

Required / Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Ideal candidate will have Medical Secretarial experience

Proficient in MS Office & Excel

Excellent typing skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Proven organisation and planning skills

Self-motivated, willing to work unsupervised

Good inter-personal skills

Garda Clearance is a MUST

ECDL is desirable

Diploma/Certificate in a medical qualification is an advantage

This is a contract role with an immediate start
