Overview of role:  Our Client is seeking a Medical Customer Services Administrator for a contract role, 

 

Responsibilities:

Handling in-coming and out-going customer calls

Keeping data-base, statistics and other records up to date

Dealing with medical applications and files

General Medical Administration duties

 

Required / Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Ideal candidate will have Customer Services experience

Proficient in MS Office & Excel

Excellent verbal and written skills

Self-motivated, willing to work unsupervised

Good inter-personal skills

ECDL is desirable

 

If you are at college and seeking a part- time job this is a good opportunity, as full training will be provided. 

This is a contract role with an immediate start
