All of our jobs are based in Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ North Dublin.


Overview of role:

Reporting to the Manager, you will be working as part of a team responsible for assisting with the management of patients on the company service.



To gain a thorough working knowledge of the company service and client management process.

To manage and resolve all client queries on a daily basis.

To set up and discontinue (where relevant) clients on the internal electronic client management system.

To place weekly product orders.

To order ancillary items and ensure adequate stock levels at all times.

To make courtesy care calls to Clients.

Responsible for the maintenance and filing of relevant documentation and for the accurate maintenance of client records.

Liaison with provider professionals on aspects related to client i.e. funding.

To assist in the management and coordination of client training requirements with the team.

To monitor and request new/renewed orders and liaise with the relevant parties if orders has not been received.

To liaise with the production units in relation to the stability of regimens.

Organise all funding and required purchase order (PO) numbers for Clients.

Monthly invoicing and purchase orders for Clients nationwide.

To arrange holiday/export orders, as required.

To provide statistics on client numbers, as required.

Responsible for bringing to the attention of the Manager any unusual situations, in particular complaints or client concerns.

To manage colleagues workload in their absence.

To liaise with key internal staff to ensure a high level of service is received by all clients.

Support the Finance Department in the maintenance of the crm.

Responsibility for monthly KPI’s. To include current contract KPI’s in conjunction with the Manager.

Responsible for management of equipment data on the relevant systems and maintenance of system, changes, upgrades.

SOP’s-management and development of all SOP’s in conjunction with the Manager.

Any other duties which may be reasonably required.


Experience and Qualifications


Medical Customer service experience

IT skills – proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint, and databases

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written



Experience dealing with patients in a busy customer care role

SAP experience

Administrative experience in a healthcare environment
