Overview of role: Our client based in the North East is seeking a Receptionist/ Office Administrator on a full time permanent basis.


Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the office schedule for all meetings and appointments inclusive of the manager’s diary.

Point of Contact with all external stakeholders via email, telephone and walk ins.

Responsible for ensuring compliance, legal, and regulation required paperwork are drawn up, returned to office when necessary, signed and then filed correctly.

Responsible for all electronic and hard copy filing.

Responsible for typing up of marketing details and reports.

Responsible for processing both marketing and inspection photos.

A daily report detailing all relevant information gathered over the day should be emailed to the Office Manager before end of each shift.


Required/ Desired Skills:

Excellent administration skills

Excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner and an efficient mindset

Experience in reception, office admin, customer service or tele-marketing

Experience in working with different soft wares and confident working knowledge of Gmail

An ability to learn new skills and work with new software

Ability to identify and highlight priorities and to problem solve

Ability to work on own initiative and to work comfortably within a dynamic office environment
