All of our jobs are based in Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ North Dublin.

 

Overview of role:Our client based in the North East is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to help them to:

Generate new business opportunities

Assist in the scheduling of appointments with customers and prospects

Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company

Design and manage marketing campaigns and lead generation activities

Assist with the management of other areas of the business

 

Responsibilities:

Promote and encourage new business opportunities

Increase awareness of the company and promote its products in target markets

Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to execute high-impact sales and marketing campaigns

Plan and attend relevant events and conferences to promote the company.

Develop marketing campaigns and coordinate marketing activities

Customer value propositions - review and development

Branding and marketing collateral – including hard and soft forms

Digital marketing & analytics – especially ad word campaigns and SEO

Developing and managing a social media strategy

Meet and exceed all KPI's and revenue targets

Help market to sales Channel Partners such as Intact, Sage and SAP

Work with UK and Irish sales team to research and identify key decision makers in the Reseller’s community of our targeted channel partners and actively promote the company’s brand and services to them

This role will also include assisting with the management of other areas of the business

 

Required/ Desired Qualifications and Experience:

A third level qualification in business, sales, marketing or another relevant degree

A minimum of 2 years Sales & Marketing experience

A demonstrable interest in eCommerce and technology is an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Excellent planning skills together with project management and prioritisation skills.

Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and business acumen.

Delivery focused – taking potential clients through the sales process/ cycle

Ability to work on own initiative, yet also strong team player

Passion and Drive - willing to go that extra mile to achieve a target/ objective

Resilience - ability to meet challenges and pressures head-on and to manage and address set-backs as encountered

Flexible and adaptable – ability to improvise and adapt to a dynamic business environment
